Shipping And Returns Policy

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase, but only if the products are faulty, the wrong item was sent, or they were damaged during shipping. Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully check the product description, size chart, and other details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot assist if you have simply changed your mind. However, we grant you permission to resell the product using our brand name, Osvato, on any online platform.

Once your order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it, as we immediately begin the entire process, from manufacturing to shipping. Due to the involvement of third parties, delivery of your order may be delayed by up to 45 working days. If you still do not receive your order after 45 working days, we will refund the full amount.

If you receive items that are faulty, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, they must be returned with the original receipt, unworn, and in the condition they were received, including all labels, tags, and packaging. Additionally, you must provide photos or videos as evidence of the condition of the received items before sending them back to us. We will provide you with the return address, so please contact us before returning any items.

If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy discount offer (e.g., 2 for £20), you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus the discount applied in the offer. If you return all items purchased as part of the multi-buy offer, you will be refunded the full multi-buy value. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Failure to comply with the above policies may result in no refund being issued. This policy may be updated from time to time, so please review it with each order.
